Bruach is a small, independent business and we rely on reservations being honoured. As such, we kindly ask that if you require to make any changes to or cancel a reservation, please give as much notice as possible.
We are a family friendly and wheelchair accessible establishment, please let us know if you have any specific requirements.
Reservations
-
By making a reservation at Bruach, you agree to our Booking Policy and Cancellation terms.
-
All reservations are given a standard 2 hour time slot. If you would like to keep your table for longer, please let us know and we will happily extend this for you if possible.
-
Please note that the 2 hour period starts from your booking time, and includes any time required to settle your bill.
-
We have a 15 minute grace period, please call us on 01382 739878 if you are running more than 15 minutes late.
-
If you are more than 30 minutes late and fail to notify us, your table may be given to another customer and your booking will join our wait-list for the next available table.
Booking Policy
We require a £10pp deposit on booking to secure your reservation. All weekend bookings will be asked to pay a deposit in December. Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit has been paid. All deposits for bookings in December are non-refundable. In addition to our standard cancellation policy, the notice period for cancellations in December is extended to 72 hours for bookings of 4 people or less, and 1 full week for all bookings of 5 people or more.
Cancellation policy:
-
Please cancel your table by calling us on 01382 739878.
-
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice. The more notice you are able to give us, the more opportunity we will have to re-book the table.
-
Where we are unable to re-book the table and less than 24 hours notice has been given you are at risk of loosing your deposit.
Deposits:
-
For large bookings (more than 6 people) we may request that a deposit is paid to secure the booking.
-
The requirement for a deposit will depend on the booking size, time, date and type of booking.
-
Deposits are normally between £5-10 per person.
-
Deposits for bookings cancelled 10 days in advance of booking, will be returned in full.
-
If cancellation occurs less than 10 days from the date of booking, all monies paid will be non-refundable but are transferable to new arranged date.
-
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to our cancellation policy and the deposit may be deemed non-transferable.
Service Charge:
Due to the continued uncertainty in the aftermath of the COVID pandemic, inflation and Brexit we will apply a discretionary 10% service charge to all tables.
We are still adjusting to a new way of working and the increasing demand for a higher level of service. This means that we now employ more staff in order to provide the level of service that our guests deserve. We hope to be able to reduce or remove this charge at later date. This optional charge is discretionary and will be removed from your bill on request.
Pre-Orders:
For tables of 8 persons or more, we may ask you to arrange a pre-order. We appreciate this may not be possible so will always look to discuss your requirements in advance.
All December bookings of 8 people or more will be asked
to pre-order.
